What information do I need to apply?

If I have bad credit, can I still apply?


Yes, we accept all credit types and do not perform a credit check.

Are there any prepayment penalties if I decide to pay my balance early?


No, you can pay off your account at any time and you will not be penalized. 

Can I get a property tax payment plan if I have a mortgage or an existing loan on my property?


Absolutely. Many of our clients have existing loans on their properties.
